Configuring Homepage
Out of the box, the theme displays feeds from Flickr, Digg, Delicious, Reddit, Lifehacker, Boing Boing and other famous blogs.

- Go to Appearance > Widgets
- Drag and drop the Popurls Widgets (e.g Popurls photoRSS) from the left column to the homepage widget area in the right column
- Enter widget info e.g
Header Title: Flickr
Site Url: http://www.flickr.com
Feed Url: https://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne
No. of clips to display: 12
- Then Click "Save"

Types of Popurls Widgets
There are some Types of Popurls Widgets

1) Popurls textRSS

2) Popurls photoRSS
While it's stated to work with Flickr, other feeds with photos may also work, if they are in similiar format with Flickr.

Best way to find out is to try it out.

Adding More Popurls Pages
- Go to Pages > Add New
- Enter Title (in this case I entered WordPress)
- Select Popurls as the Template
- Click "Publish"
- Go to Appearance > Widgets and Pretty similiar to configuring homepage in the section above.

Sideblog Setup
- Go to Add New Post and write your blog post as normal
- Under Categories, add a new category 'Blog' (or any name you like).
- Your sideblog will now available at http://your_own_domain.com/category/blog/, which you may want to add to the Top Menu.

FAQs/Troubleshooting

The theme is not displaying correctly e.g no styling, blank.
Check that all files have a permission of 644/666 and folders (both the main popurls folder and subfolders) have a permission of 755/777.

Cache directory is not writable.
Please check that the cache directory path \\wp-content\themes\popurls\includes/caches) is correct and has directory permission of 755 or 777.

Error: A feed is displaying blank in the widget or cannot be found.
Try using FeedBuner or Yahoo Pipes to burn the feed first and use their feed link instead.
